HVAC WORKING FIELD SUPERVISOR

PDS Plumbing and Air, a leading provider of HVAC services, is seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Working Field Supervisor to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth as the successful candidate will initially focus on field work and then transition into a supervisory role, overseeing and managing HVAC Department in there assigned area.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Perform HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance duties in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.

• Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

• Ensure that all projects are completed within the agreed-upon timelines, adhering to quality and safety standards.

• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and allocate resources efficiently.

• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that they stay on track and within budget.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new HVAC technicians.

• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

 

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.

• Valid HVAC technician license or certification, and EPA Certification.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
